About Fitz Lauder
Fitz is a DJ and executive producer at Hello Studios - a space assisting podcast creators. He lives by the mantra “Question everything” to help him harmonize his actions with his beliefs. He has been a vegan for six years and believes that his spiritual beliefs of kindness and compassion align with veganism.
After researching the causes of diabetes, which caused suffering in his family, he discovered that lifestyle choices play a significant role in the onset of many preventable diseases. As a result, he gradually switched to a plant-based diet, exercised regularly, and effectively managed his stress. After earning his certification from eCornell University, he felt inclined to advocate for plant-based nutrition to make the world a better place for people, animals, and the environment.
